    i) The Reverend Charles Alington, Little Barford, clerk ii) William Allington, Little Barford, esquire iii) Surtees Wilkinson, St Neots, Huntingdonshire, gentleman reciting deed of 22 January 1774 regarding 2 perpetual rent charges of £150 issuing out of the Manor of Sutton, one of which was granted to use of Samuel Farmer and other to use of Thomas Alsager ultimately by deed of 30 November 1811 a) George William Leeds, Croxton, Cambridgeshire, esquire b) John Williamson, Baldock, Hertfordshire, esquire said 2 perpetual annuities became vested in b) John Williamson died on 4 July 1830 having by will dated 21 January 1827 devised said rent charges to son-in-law William Alington senior and brother The Reverend Marmaduke Alington, in trust for grandson John Alington, for life, and then to his sons in tail general Marmaduke Alington died on 7 August 1846 William Alington senior died on 13 December 1849. By his will dated 15 March 1849 he devised residue of estates to son John Alington. Said John Alington died on 11 December 1863. By will dated 10 February 1860 he devised to sons Henry Alington, and i), all his estates etc. by which i), his eldest surviving son, is tenant in tail in possession of said 2 rent charges Henry Alington died in 1864 ii) is desirous of acquiring a fee simple in said rent charges now i) at request of ii) confirms to iii) … 2 perpetual annuities of £150 each and any claim of i) and ii) upon said premises to hold freed and discharged from said estate tail, to be held by iii) to use of ii) for ever signatures of i) and ii) endorsed witnesses: Julius Alington, Little Barford Thomas John/Jonathan Butler, solicitor, St Neots 31 May 1867 enroled in Chancery 15 Jun 1867
