    i) Dame Mary Harriett Burgoyne of -, widow ii) William Frederick Johnstone, 23 South Street, Park Lane, Middlesex, esquire, late a Captain and Lieutenant-Colonel in the 1st or Grenadier Regiment of Foot Guards Thomas Mott, Much Hadham, Hertfordshire, gentleman reciting will of Sir John Montagu Burgoyne, baronet [X439/73] ii), as acting executors, have got in all of testator's personal estate and paid all debts except one of £10,000 due on mortgage and charged on the Sutton estates. Statement of account is contained in 1st part of underwritten schedule. Residue of personal estate - £1,492..7s..10d as well as articles of plate, furniture etc. which have been delivered up to i) also ii) have paid to i), as in 2nd part of the schedule, £1,492..7s..10d now i) quitclaims to ii), as acting executors of the will of Sir John Montagu Burgoyne … all and every action, claim, sums of money, accounts, demands etc. which she may have against ii) i) to pay off any further debts which may be discovered with schedule (in 2 parts) of monies received and paid (£11,327..6s..9d which includes residue of £1,492..7s..10d paid to i)) signature of i) endorsed witness: William Hales, servant to Sir John Montagu Burgoyne
