reciting also disentailing deed of 7 October 1856 by which said Manor of Sutton and other property were limited to ii) until his marriage. Provision made for wife and children. Estate to be held in trust for eldest son of ii) and Amy Smith or any other wife. Provision made to raise sum, not exceeding £5,000, to purchase promotion for ii). Provision for ii) to jointure any future wife and to provide for children of any future wife
ii) has recently effected 2 assurance policies on his life in sums of £1,000 and £500 with Atlas Life Assurance Society both dated
28 January 1858 and numbered 16101 and 16102 and subject to annual premiums of £22..13s..4d and £11..6s..8d
iii) has agreed to lend ii) £1,500 upon having repayment secured by a mortgage of the life interest of ii) in said settled estates
various sums are still owing on previous mortgages and also a tithe rent charge of £10 on part of said property
now in consideration of £1,500 paid to ii) with consent of i) by iii)
i) during joint lives of himself and ii), and ii) in respect of his life interest and reversion in said Manor and the failure of issue male of ii), do both of them convey to ii)
