    i) Sir John Montagu Burgoyne, baronet ii) Thomas Samuel Mott, Much Hadham, Hertfordshire, gentleman iii) Charles Dawson, New Boswell Court, Carey Street, London, gentleman reciting conveyance of 29 March 1821 [X439/68] at the time of the above deed, i) owed £1,594..14s, which he requested Sir John Osborn and Samuel Wells to pay out of the accumulated rents. Owing to low prices of agricultural produce it has been necessary to make some allowance to the estate tenants and so trustees have only been able to pay off small part of money owing. i) being apprehensive that creditors might proceed against him, requested ii) to advance £1,116..3s..11d to pay off creditors. Secured by bond of £2,000. Now in consideration of said £1,116..3s..11d i) transfers to iii) … said annual sum of £1,000 provided by above deed to be paid yearly to i) in trust to repay ii). Residue to i) Property now vested in Sir John Osborn and Samuel Wells shall be charged with the repayment of this sum also signatures of i) and ii) endorsed witnesses: Thomas Headlam, 11 Hanover Street, Hanover Square Thomas Sloan, Mitre Court, Fleet Street
