Son Andrew Archer and Earl of Plymouth, Earle Winterton, Henry Archer and Doctor Yates appointed executors 21 May 1767 [codicil] Brother Henry appointed executor 'but it pleasing Almighty God that he should depart this life before me' then friend Thomas Tower of Weald Teall [Hall], Essex, and nephew Charles Chaplin of Fathwell [Tathwell], Lincolnshire, executors of will jointly with other executors.
