    Official extract from will and codicil of Charles Cox of Saint Helena Terrace, Richmond [Surrey], esquire Will of 27 May 1848: - devising his vault in Kensall Green Cemetery [Middlesex], his house in Great Queen Street, Lincoln’s Inn Fields [Middlesex], his house at the rear of this in Parker Street, estates in Eversholt mortgaged to him and his house in Luton to his son William Henry; - witnessed by J B Rutter of 4 Ely Place, Holborn [Middlesex], solicitor; Edward Spilsbury, clerk to Rutter and Trotter Codicil of 10 March 1849: - bequeathing £500 to his son Henry in addition to devises and bequests made in his will; - witnesses: J B Rutter and Zillah Elms, widow of 58 Kennington Lane [Surrey] Proved in PPR 8 May 1849
