    Parties: (i) William Green of Hockliffe in the parish of Chalgrave, draper and Sarah, his wife; (ii) William Green of Bedford, grocer Reciting: - R6/19/3/74; - death of John Brinklow in May 1800 and proof of his will in Archdeaconry Court of Bedford on 26 May 1800; - John Brinklow left three children living at his death: Elizabeth, who married John Reynolds; Sarah, who married William Green and Mary who died a minor and Susannah had no more children after the death of John Brinklow; - recent death of Elizabeth Reynolds without issue or having settled her share of John Brinklow’s estate; - Sarah Green was now seized of the entirety of the freehold real estate of John Brinklow subject to the life interest of her mother Susannah and a two thirds share of the leasehold estate, subject to a life interest of Susannah Operative Part: - (ii) paid 5/- to (i); - (i) released (a)-(o) to (ii) - (i) assigned (a)-(o) to (ii) Habendum - to (ii) subject to an interest of Susannah Brinklow for her life, to use of (i) to the use of William Green of Hockliffe for the natural lives of (i), to the use of the survivor of (i) for ever Property: (a) messuage at Tyrells End, Eversholt formerly of William Whitbread formerly in the occupation of Sarah Whitbread, widow and William Whitbread, then Thomas Sear now of William King; (b) close of pasture adjoining (a) called Holme Close or Tainters containing 7 acres, 7 poles; (c) small piece of ground called part of the pightle containing 1 rood, 9 poles; (d) close called Rush Hill Piece Westwards containing 3 acres, 1 rood, 24 poles; (e) Porters Close containing 9 acres, 23 poles; (f) Rush Hill Piece Eastwards containing 4 acres, 3 roods, 16 poles; (g) Barley Croft Pightle or Pightle Hill containing 2 acres, 2 roods, 2 poles; (h) Upper and Lower Barley Crofts lying together and containing 5 acres 1 rood, 4 poles; (i) close near Witts End called Lower Close or Square Close containing 2 acres, 2 roods, 20 poles; (j) cottage, garden and orchard in Hills End containing 1 rood, 12 poles formerly in the occupation of James Parnham, now Mary King, widow; (k) plot of land at Brook End called Well Mead Pightle, formerly of Duke of Bedford and containing 1 rood, 1 perch bounded: E by Brook End Lane; S by old inclosure of William Brinklow and John Brinklow; N and W by old inclosures of Susannah Brinklow; (l) 18 acres, 1 rood, 21 poles at Brook End consisting of old inclosures called: Church Mead Pightle of the Duke of Bedford; Sacred Leys Meadow of the Rector of Eversholt; Church Mead and Little Holmes of Charles Serle Lloyd; Bellrope Close of the rector; Moorey Close of Susannah Brinklow; Long Pond Close most of which belonged to Susannah Brinklow, the rest to the rector; Headland Close of Susannah Brinklow and open field land called New England Baulk and Sacred Lane; all bounded: E and part N by Brook End Lane and the New England Road; part N and part W by fourth allotment to the rector; part W by Ridgmont Road; part S, part N and part W by old inclosure of first allotment to the rector; part S and part W by Home Close of Susannah Brinklow; part S by Church Mead Pightle of Timothy Deacon; (m) 1 acre, 17 poles at Tyrells End being old inclosure called Barley Croft Pightle of Duke of Bedford bounded: E by Woburn Road and every other part by old inclosure of Susannah Brinklow; (n) 3 roods, 21 poles at Tyrells End being old inclosure called Pillory Croft Pightle of rector bounded: N and E by Woburn Road; S by Barley Croft of Susannah Brinklow; W by a homestead; (o) twelve poles on Rush Hill Baulk bounded: E by Ridgmont Road; N by third allotment to rector; S by Rush Hill Piece of Susannah Brinklow Witnesses: - Frederick Willis; - Joseph Woodman; - David Lee Willis
