Copy probate of the will of Roger Brinklow, late of Milton Bryan, deceased of 13 January 1791:
- bequeathing £5 to James Loger Brinklow, son of his late brother William “in case he shall be returned to England”;
- bequeathing £10 to Mary Blacklayer, daughter of his deceased brother William;
- bequeathing £5 to his niece Elizabeth Redhead;
- devising and bequeathing the residue of his real and personal estate to his son John Cheshire alias Brinklow “who now lives with me”;
- appointing John Cheshire alias Brinklow sole executor;
- witnessed by George Spufford, Thomas Bailey and John Rotherham
