    Parties: (i) John Lamb on behalf of Sir Gregory Page Turner; (ii) Edward Taylor of Soulbury [Buckinghamshire]; Joseph James of Shardley [Buckinghamshire], yeoman Operative Part: - John Lamb agreed that Sir Gregory Page Turner would let (a) to (ii); - (ii) agreed to accept to take a lease and execute a counterpart; - (i) and (ii) agreed that the lease would contain clauses, covenants, provisos, conditions and agreements as in the current lease held by James Butfield and be for 21 years at £250 per annum Property: (a) farm in Potsgrove in occupation of James Butfield Covenant - penalty of £3 per acre of meadow and pasture mowed more than once per year
