Agrees to allow any judgments that may be taken by Vance in the name of Saunders against Sir Henry Lee and the others; and also to convey glass, glassings, wainscot, ceilings and settles in the house and houses, and the Long Table in the Hall of the messuage, and a hovel in the yard of the messuage
