    i) William Smith, Little Woolston, Buckinghamshire, gentleman John Macdonald, Wilhampstead, farmer ii) George Faulkner, Cranfield, farmer ( i ) being trustees for sale under the will of Sarah Odell, late of Cranfield, deceased, widow) considered - £290 i) conveys to ii) - 2 messuages in Town End, Cranfield, once one messuage only, wiht bakehouse, garden etc, formerly in occupation Rober Barratt, then Samuel Goodman and now of George Peregrine Nash and - Nash or their undertenants, John Flint and Mary Kinns from street to land of Edward Odell 224 feet in width 91 feet NE Edward Odell and Lewis Wooding NW Edward Odell SW William Underwood SE public street of Cranfield to hold subject to an agreement entered into by Edward Odell, deceased, with G P and - Nash in 1843 as a lease for a term of years signatures all endorsed receipt witnesses Edwin Carr, clerk, Newport Pagnell Edward Odell, Cranfield George Cooch, solicitor, Newport Pagnell 16 February 1857 also endorsed 'This Deed was covenanted to be produced to William Goodman and other's Trustees of the Baptist Chapel at Cranfield, Bedfordshire by George Faulkner 4th August 1862' [The building concerned seems to have been the 'Red, White and Blue' beerhouse in Cranfield]
