to son Edward Fossey:- messuage in East End, Houghton Regis 2 other messuages and a close adjoining called Little Woottons in East End, occupied by Samuel Circuit and Edward Mann 7½ acres land; 3 poles of lott meadow in South mead; upon condition that he pays debts and an annuity to daughter Susan[na] Gilman of £8 per annum; if default, property to Susan [na] until the arrears are paid Monetary bequests to daughter Sarah Willis and her children; daughter Anne Carter; daughter Susan[na] Gilman; poor of Houghton Regis to grandson Edward Fossey a silver tankard to grandson Nathaniel Taylor the rest of his silver plate to daughter Susan[na] Gillman and daughter Elizabeth Taylor, all linen, woollen and household stuff in his house at Rowney, except the furnace, brewing vessels and beds and bedding of servants to son Edward Fossey leasehold land held of Mrs Vaughan Executor: son Edward Witnesses: William Boulstred, Stephen Wright, Thomas Inskip
