Letter to W Austin from J R Eve & Son. Re Mr Hart's Works. 'As to that in Windmill Road you will be good enough to represent to the committee that the large building next to the road and the work in progress in the centre of the yard are not in this assessment - in other words there are no Dyeing works included - they will remain for future assessment. With regard to the Guildford Street Works, we have gone carefully through these and find them to be exactly the same as on the last occasion we valued them and we see no reason therefore for alteration.'
