Letter to William Austin fromNeve & Beck. Mr Hart will not have finished his new works for at least 2 months, & it will therefore be much more staisfactory if Mr Eve defers his report until the works are completed. With regard to the bleaching works, which are not affected by the additional buildings, Mr Hart had supposed tht the settlement recently arrived at was a final settlement.
