Graciously received, but unsure what will happen to him now. Thoughts about the Pelhams on their meeting again. Lucy, Emily & Harry. Finding weather cold. Shivering. Mr. Offley came today. Thoughts about Fritz at their meeting again. Sir Joshua says Grantham was never so like a picture of him there. The beauties and comforts of an English Seat and friends are equalled nowhere. Back to Town shortly, renewing lease on house, repairs, security etc... Then down to Nanny and the Parkers’.
