    Sees no reason why Nanny & Mr. Parker cannot accept Lord Pelham's invitation to Stanmer. Acknowledges their wishes to see himself & Fritz, but cannot say more than that already said. Sir Thomas Gascoyne & Mr. Swinburn with them. Agreeable and well bred. Tom very happy about Lord Pelham's acquisition of Farmer [Falmer, Sussex]. Kindest love to the Parkers.
