Indenture reciting that William Wareyn of Bereford granted by his charter to William Fydelowe of the same:

… one selion of land lying for an acre of land called Makelestych next the land of the rectory of Clyfton on one side and land of John Pycot on the other, one head abutting on the kings highway, as in charter appears more clearly However this indenture witnesses that if William Fyldelowe and his heirs hold one acre and half a rood of land lying in the fields of Barford of which … two selions lie for three roods in Watlond next land of abbot of Pypewell on one side and land of Henry Chyld of Roxton on the other … one rood and a half lie on Rykelethill between land of John Morker on one side and land of Robert Veysy on the other, abutting on a headland called Clateswellhadlong then grant null and void.
