1) John Spencer and Symon Taylor, both of Woburn, gentlemen, surveyors of the highway between Hockliffe and Woburn
2) Ambrose Reddall, Eversholt, gentleman and Johnson Reddall, Eversholt, his son
being a mortgage by 1) to 2) for 19 years to secure £500 advanced for purpose of recited Act of Parliament
… tolls and other profits of the above highway,
and reciting deed poll of 17 July 1708 being declaration by 2) above that the £500 was the proper money of 1),
and reciting indentures quadripartite 14 September 1711
