Dr. Warren continues to recommend Bath waters for Fritz's lameness etc... Timescale of his and Grantham's plans. Hopes Irish affairs may be settled quietly. Sir William Chambers so taken up with Somerset House that he takes no private business. Recommended a Mr. Yenn who has surveyed their house for a staircase alteration etc... George Selwyn taking Mrs. Townshend's house in Cleveland Court as Mimi, alias Madmoiselle Fagnani, must be near the Park. Townshends moving to Albermarle Street. Love to children and Richard [Worsley]. Ralph [Worsley] is gone into Yorkshire.
