Duke of Cumberland and Charles Fox there. Alarm about French fleets abated. Gentlemen of North Riding of Yorkshire raising a Regiment. Duke of Ancaster's, carried on by present Duke, recruiting at Lewes. Harry [Pelham] has had so little success he may be called to London.
