    … devises to his son George, all his property in Shefford and Arlesey [no details]; charged with payment of annuity of £20 to testator's mother Sarah Hailey; and in case of decease, to son Thomas Hailey, charged with payment of £150 each to Ann, Lucy and Sarah Hailey (daughters of testator) To son Thomas, his property in Wrestlingworth and [Cockayne] Hatley; charged with payment of £20 given by testator's father George Hailey to William and Sarah Hailey (children of brother John) And devises to Richard Edwards of Arlesey, esquire, Timothy Bristow of Polehanger in Meppershall, gentleman, and Thomas Squire of Shefford, baker, all his property in Henlow, Langford and Stotfold, in trust for sale and division of profits amongst his said daughters.
