    i) Nicholas Smyth, Prior of Bushmead and executor of testament and last will of Robert Pymond, chaplain ii) John Pawson and wife Elizabeth, William Meryell and William Wallys … messuage in Overend, Little Staughton, between lane late William Botleys and croft called Wardys crofte, abutting on highway, West: for a certain sum of money paid by John Pawson to use of John Pawson and wife Elizabeth (recited that William Alcokke of Little Staughton, Thomas Wyteman of same, John Alkocke and Thomas Alkokke were seised of above to use of William Alcokke and heirs. That William Alcokke bargained and sold property to Robert Pymond, who took the profits for 2 whole years. Robert Pymond by testament and last will appointed i) his executor and in his last will willed that property should be sold and disposed in works of charity for the salvation of his soul) Seal on tag, r.r., conv.
