Severe weather continues. Distributes coals to the poor. Expecting a Dissolution, bed ready for Robinson there. Glad the children [nephew] recovered. Tom Waddilove well after a cold, little girl very ill too, called in Mr. Bell. Mrs. Waddilove ill and anxious. Old Berdman finally dead, vacant Prebend reasonably good. Mr. Ed. Drummond succeeding to the Living of Rothbury.
