    'I commend my soul to Almighty God … partaker of eternal bliss' To son Humphrey (executor) The King's Head Inn in Ampthill and maltings and gardens in Bedford Street, charged with annuity to son William. If he dies childless, property to pass to daughter Mary, wife of Robert Gibbs, for life, and then to her children. Interest on £200 to assist him to pay annuity to son William To daughter Mary, house adjoining testator's house, late in occupation of William Fox, shed and use of pump in testator's yard, and monetary bequest To daughter Elizabeth, wife of John Travell, house in Absell Street, Shillington, with land, now in occupation of John Gudgeon, and then to her children. Monetary bequest on death of brother William To son John, 4 acres meadow and wood ground at Maulden: 5 acres arable in common fields of Flitwick in occupation of Richard Goodman, miller. Should he die childless, to daughter Elizabeth and her children.
