    i) Matthew Wildman ii) William Jones, Ampthill, cutler reciting bond of even date with these between i) and ii) in £160 to secure payment of £80 with interest on 10 April 1781 now to better secure the repayment of said £80 i) releases to ii) … cottage at Greenfield where William Barnes formerly dwelt, and afterwards William Smart and Susanna Sharp, then William Potter South and West: Elizabeth Godfrey, widow North: Greenfield highway … new erected cottage built on some part of the ground belonging to above cottage, formerly in occupation of Richard Clark If £80 is paid to ii) by i) with interest on 10 April 1781, according to the bond, then present deed etc. shall determine and become void. Premises are clear from any former incumbrances committed by John Cherry, John Bosworth or i) whereas ii) has obtained judgement in Court of Common Pleas against i) and the costs in the suit, it is agreed between i) and ii) that said judgement shall stand and remain as further security for said repayment and no process shall issue until default be made in payment.
