Devises to wife Johanna all his property for life; then to son Joseph, Feary's Close (1½ acres) being sideways to Browns Lane, and abutting on Samuel Feary's orchard, and 3 acres in the common fields of Upper Dean; charged with payment of £5 to daughter Mary Green. Also to son John, his other close (2½ acres), with the spring leading to it, abutting West to Mariets Orchard, with close of Alexander Skinner on South To daughter Grace Warren, the house and orchard in which she dwells To grandson Isaac Bell, one shilling. And to sons Joseph and John (executors), his livestock and other farm stock Witnesses: John Mesuers and Israel Howard
