Also a farmhouse in Sharnbrook, with appurtenant lands; and a close called Emmishall or Saunders Close (2 acres). Formerly in occupation of Philip Norman and John Tussell, and now of John Eyles; (conveyed by Edward, Lord Viscount Wentworth and his son the Honourable Thomas Noel to said Richard Lowe in 1770).
