    William Drury Lowe to Stephen Hall of Christchurch (county Surrey), esquire, George Richards and Thomas Davis of Teddington (county Middlesex) (devisees and executors of George Butler of Great Russell Street in parish of St Giles-in-the-Fields, esquire) Recites WA14 and WA15; and also Conveyance (Bargain and Sale enrolled) dated 2 November 1790: i) William Drury Lowe and wife Ann, ii) George Richards, iii) Richard Arnold, … the moiety of lands and woods in county Lincolnshire [no details] … [as in WA4]; in occupation of Robert Abbott, Samuel Eaton, John Fox, Thomas Fox, Thomas Palmer, Thomas Sykes, John White, Richard White and Francis White. Also a farmhouse in Sharnbrook, with appurtenant lands; and a close called Emmishall or Saunders Close (2 acres). Formerly in occupation of Philip Norman and John Tussell, and now of John Eyles; (conveyed by Edward, Lord Viscount Wentworth and his son the Honourable Thomas Noel to said Richard Lowe in 1770). And also the property in county Lincolnshire [names, acreages and occupiers, but no bounds given], in North Witham, South Witham, Twyford, Gunby, Lewsterne and Coulsterworth.
