Update on Lord Boringdon's health, weaker due to not eating etc... Captain Pole received his orders to return to Hamoza. Expected at Saltram any time, if he brings Richard [Worsley] they will take care of him and do what they can for him. Sorry for the Duke of Rutland. Was the Lord Lieutenancy [?] offered to the Duke of Northumberland? Hopes Bishop of Chester [Beilby Porteus] will succeed to London. Jack [Parker] looking forward to Captain Pole coming when Mr. Andrewes goes. Newspaper report of Sir James Harris being made a Peer. Love to Mrs. Robinson.
