    1. Mary and Ann Holgate of Wymondly, Hertfordshire, spinsters, administrators of Ann Holgate their mother, sister and legatee of Dr Thomas Browne 2. Nicholas Mallabar of St James Street, Bedford Row, St Andrew Holborn, Middlesex, esquire, and Ann Mallabar of same, spinster, executors of Grace Hatfield, late of Lilley, Hertfordshire, widow, sole executrix of William Hatfield of same, clerk, and another of Dr Thomas Browne's sisters. Nicholas is also administrator of Lucy Mallabar of Wilburton, Isle of Ely, widow, another sister. 3. Thomas Lee, late of St George's, Hanover Square, now overseas, eldest son of J and Mary Lee Recites will of Dr Browne and settlement (IN6) that J Lee has paid out of his own estate £1,500 to William Hatfield, £1,000 to Ann Holgate, £500 to Lucy Mallabar and therefore became entitled to the legacies will of J Lee, 1 July 1757, whereby he left the £3,000 owing to him on his wife's estate to his son Thomas 1 and 2 quitclaim to 3
