Sorry he is still confined to his room. The Boy has had a cough and has seen Mr. Mudge. Has been kept off meat etc.. They are coming to Town when Parliament meets, will leave Boy at Hammersmith. Jack surprised Frederick should mistake Fitches for Rats, Mr. Anscot[sic] would not forgive him. Mrs. Haviland told her about Lord Palmerston but could not say who Miss Mee was. Surprized to hear of General Grey['s] Red Ribbon. Jack writing to Frederick simultaneously. No fever this evening. Allowed some chicken.
