    Happy at good account of Lady Grantham and the youngest nephew. Heard that Jack may go to the Christening. Hopes the Godfather is settled. The Camps begin to move tomorrow, thinks the Devonshires got to Bristol beginning of next week to Lord Spencer. Lady Elizabeth Foster is in a bad way and off to Nice immediately. Lord and Lady Hinton, Sir Thomas Acland and Sir Robert Palk are there at present. Lady Pelham sent Congratulations on the birth of the second nephew. Harriet is come to Town, doesn't mention Lady Middleton[sic]. What is the story of Lady Horatia Waldegrave being shot at and who is Captain Molyneux? Captain Wadegrave[sic] is at Plymouth. Supposes Frederick's seen Captain Conway, Mr. John Townshend called on his way to Town the night he landed and told them all the particulars which don't answer expectations raised.
