    i) Richard Arnold, Melon Place, Peckham, Surrey, gentleman John Anstee, Houghton Regis, Farmer (devisees in trust of Grey Arnold, late of Hoxton, Middlesex, gentleman) ii) Bridget Frances Ant, Edgware Road, St Marylebone, Middlesex, widow of George Ant, esquire deceased) Bridget Frances Ant, spinster Jane Longeville Ant, spinster (daughters and only children of George Ant deceased) reciting that George Ant and Grey Arnold were entitled to equal shares in:- ... Meppershall Farm (farmhouse and 221 acres land) and held by Twydell Dear at yearly rent of £210 and lately valued at £6,743 ... Shillington Bury Farm, near last mentioned farm (farmhouse and 89 acres land) held by Twydell Dear at yearly rent of £150, under lease of which 5 years were unexpired at Michaelmas last Grey Arnold died on 4 February 1814 and by his Will dated 1 February 1814 devised all his estates at Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, Meppershall and Shillington to i) in trust for sale. Proceeds to be used upon several trusts mentioned in his Will George Ant died on 7 January 1811 and by his Will dated 11 February 1804 devised his real estates to his 2 daughters as tenants in common They have now agreed to make a partition of the estates and both sides agree to accept the division made by Henry Crawter. If an equal division can be made by taking land from Meppershall Farm and adding it to Shillington, it shall be done. Otherwise money paid. ii) to have first choice of resulting division
