Manor and Rectory of Stotfold with dwelling house etc. belonging ... Baines Mead ... Chare Croft (½ acre) ... 120 acres arable and tithe grain and hay growing in all the places titheable in Stotfold ... 20 cow commons and tithes with rents of all copy and freeholders reserved to i) are courts leet and baron etc., and the advowson of the vicarage of Stotfold and all wood growing on the premises term - 20 years from Michaelmas 1838 rent - £18..17s..7¼d paid twice yearly - 14 quarters, 6 bushels, 2 pecks and 6 pints of wheat - 19 quarters, 5 bushels and 2 pecks malt of barley or equivalent in money various covenants including that of providing food and lodging for i) and servants etc. when they come to survey the premises ii) will make a terrier of property within the following year and deliver it to i) and also copy of court roll and rental ii) will not inclose the premises and will warn i) of any attempted inclosure ii) will not sublet without consent of i) seal of i)
