to grandson Henry Rumball ... all property in Somersham and Pidley, Huntingdonshire he to pay out of said lands to "my son Philip Rumball" for life - £10 per annum to granddaughters Mary and Elizabeth Rumball ... £100 each at 21, payable out of lands at Somersham and Pidley. If either die before 21, then £100 to be paid to survivor. Said sums not chargeable upon mortgage of messuage in Stotfold, recently purchased to son Philip Rumball ... all household goods and personal estate in Stotfold to daughter Mary Rumball ... all household goods in house "where I now live" residue to grandson, who is also appointed executor (Philip Rumball acting as executor in trust during his minority) will dated 13 Feb 1715 probate (Huntingdon Archdeaconry) 7 Jul 1716
