Reciting decree in chancery 25 June 27 Charles II in which Hatton Davies, John Davies, Thomas Davies, William Davies, Christopher Davies, Elizabeth Davies and Anne Davies, infants, children of John Davies and Mary his wife through John Tate their Guardian, complained against Christopher Hatton, Richard Orlebar and Jane his wife, John Davies and Mary his wife, and Sir John Coell knight, William Boteler and Elizabeth his wife, and Thomas Buck, by which it was decreed that the children would have the benefit of their mother's dividend therein mentioned of £3,100 and more out of the estate of Sir Thomas Hatton
