Received Mr. Dunn's receipt for which Henry Ley sent him a draft. A large demand before any proceedings are begun, if all proprietors and leaseholders are to make a similar contribution. Hope they found benefit from Yorkshire, glad to have paid his respects to them in Devon in Autumn. Important intelligence from London about France [not specified]. Thinks Lord Boringdon should postpone going abroad.
