    … closes of pasture, meadow and woodland with appurtenances in Ravensden in a place commonly called Arrowleys containing 35 acres late in occupation of William Musgrave, now or late of William Risley his assigns or undertenants. And all appurtenances Warranty against Thomas Halsey's wife Anne, her rights of dower i) to ii) with the exception of a single lease by Mary Davies, widow and John Davies to John Spencer, esquire for 99 years by indenture of 15 August 1695 for the better securing the payment of the interest of £300 unto the said John Spencer; the lease being subject to equity of redemption and afterwards assigned unto Thomas Lockington in trust for the same Thomas Halsey and heirs and is intended to be assigned to Thomas Perrin of the same town of Bedford, woollen draper and William Taylor of Bedford, Tayler in trust for Randolph Taylor and heirs Signature and seal of Thomas Halsey Witnesses: Francis Brace junior and senior, Marmaduke Beke; William Houlker Receipt for £600, same witnesses
