    Recites indenture of 20 June 1690 between John Haselden and William King of Old Warden, yeoman, whereby in consideration of £100 paid by King, Haselden demised to him: the property as in PE53, for 500 years at a peppercorn rent subject to equity of redemption and payment of £115. Recites indenture of 7 May 1694 between William King and John Haselden and Richard Flint of Risley, butcher whereby in consideration of £100 paid by Flint to King the above mentioned premises - the reconveyance of the premises. Further recites indenture between Richard Flint and John Turner, clerk and Edward Turner, clerk for the sum of £100 on 6 May 1698 reconveyed premises to the Turners for the rest of the 500 years. Further recites indenture made 5 May 1699 between i) the aforesaid Turners, ii) John Haselden, iii) Susan Luke, widow; i) to ii) for a certain sum of money, the same premises. Whereas Francis Brace has lately purchased of John Haselden the said premises, assigning the residue of the 500 years lease to Richard Yarnton in trust for Brace and heirs. NOW this indenture witnesses that i) in consideration of £100 paid her by Francis Brace and 5s paid her by iii), i) grants to iii) the said property. Signatures and seals of Susan Luke and John Haselden, tag for a third seal. Witnesses: John Penington, John Hobbs, William Hyde, William Swepson.
