    Recites feoffment of the day before which conveyed unto Thomas Pearce his heirs and assigns divers lands, tenements etc. in Marston Moretaine on consideration that John the other son has still the right to enjoy the messuage, lands, hereditaments conveyed to him by act of feoffment in 19 April 1653. i) has demised to ii) - all those lands and sward grounds containing 7 acres lying in Mangywood Field in horsepoole furlong there late purchased by Roger Pearce of one William Anglesey - also 7 acres land lying on Lyehill late purchased by Roger Pearce of one Mr Gostwicke - also one land in Normead late purchase by Roger Pearce of Richard Sugar - 3 acres land lying in three several fields late purchased by i) from William Basterfield - 7 acres land had in exchange or purchase by i) from William Price - one close called Admasey close had in exchange or purchase by i) of one Mr Smith - also one baulke lately had in exchange or purchase by i) of Richard Impey - 7 acres land purchased by i) from Gilbert Stoughton, gentleman All in Marston Moretaine with appurtenances for a peppercorn rent yearly at the Feast of St Michael the Archangel if it be demanded Signatures and seals of i) Witnessed: Theobald Basterfield, George Collopps.
