    7 acres of arable lying dispersed in Marston in Wroxhill field of which: - 4 roods lying together on a furlong called Wootton hill in Wroxhill field abutting on Broadstreet way NW., and the headland of Richard Suger SE., the land of said Roger Pearse NE., and land of Nicholas Price SW. - 2 single roods more on same furlong, one of which lying between land of Nicholas Price NE., and land of widow Basterfeild SW., and the other rood lying between land of the said widow Basterfeild NE., and land of Roger Pearse SW., - one half acre more on same furlong, land of the said Roger Pearse on both sides thereof, in Stonney furlong on Midle furlong.
