    recites indenture of even date made between ii) and i) whereby ii) gave to i) in exchange for lands of i) hereinafter described: - one land with appurtenances in Wroxhill field in parish of Marston on the Lower furlong there shooting towards Hollowcroft - also 5 ridges of arable and a slyp of land in the same field lying on Midle furlong commonly called Stonney furlong lying by horse pole side - and 2 parcells of land more on same furlong All which premises do contain 1 acre 1 rood 6 perches or thereabouts. By this present indenture, i) to ii) in consideration of the above land and £4, - 3 ridges of arable in Wroxhill field on a furlong abutting upon a furlong there called Midle furlong or Stooony furlong abutting upon a headland late the land of Henry Edwards deceased - 2 short ridges more on same furlong as they are now set forth late the land of Richard Sugar All of which comes to 1 acre, 2 roods 29 perches and all appurtenances. This land to ii), his heirs and assigns in exchange. Covenant to make further assurances. Signature and seal of i).
