Agreement with Thomas Smith enclosed for approval [not present]. Committee account closed 4 September, Rockliffe account 23 October, sending next week. All Rockliffe tenants have now paid half yearly rents except John Lancaster; expected soon. Mrs. Prisi Storzaker’s complaint unfounded. Gave her names of closes he proposed to lay to Thackeray's Farm with rent thereof & gave her two months to choose with Farm she liked best. At end of two months her Attorney, Mr. Martin, gave notice in writing she was quitting her house & farm in Aldfield for house in Ripon. Ellis therefore let her farm to Peter Roger's for his brother on 24 July.
