    Grantham's remains deposited in vault of Chiswick Church together with his father & mother. Robinson & Lady Grantham appointed Executors of Will (made 17820 and Guardians of the children. Clifton Estate; rent payable by Lady Robinson settled upon Lady Grantham. Rockliffe Estate charged with Annuity, by prior settlement. Ellis to continue receiving rents, transmitting them to F. Robinson after paying what is due to cousins. Newby [Park]; Wilmot thinks it continues until next Michaelmas in possession of Grantham's executors. Lease for 21 years granted by late Sir William Robinson to 1st Baron Grantham expired Michaelmas 1783. Court of Chancery will consider it as having been let from year to year since them; same rent. Application to be made to Court of Chancery for new Committee for person & estate of Norton Robinson. Lady Grantham & F. Robinson to apply for Trust of latter. Mrs. Peirse [formerly Mary Robinson, Norton's sister], and her sisters [Elizabeth & Margaret] will recommend for former. F. Robinson recommends all land expect Newby [Park] to be let & servants live in house at expense of estate. Ellis to consult the Recorder on everything relating to Sir Norton. Ellis to meet Belwood at Newby along with Mickle & Waddilove. Discharge all workmen at building after work made secure. Elizabeth & Thomas Smith are to remain for now & to provide themselves with proper mourning. Discharge other servants. Laundry mail [Elizabeth Foulkes], Mary Milner & Mary Pickersgill are to have their board & wages until day of dismissal & what is reasonable for mourning . The Gardener is to wait for further orders. Smith to make up his accounts & send them. Disposal of Livestock, hay etc.. Grantham has left whole of personal estate liable to debts also pension from Ireland. Latter now dependent on Frederick's life . Encloses paper [not present] which may be of use in settling Board Wates [?]. Ellis to be in complete mourning. Charge it to his account.
