Land at Filey unsold but not worth more than £200 Mr. Ranesey's correspondence mentioned in connection with the sales. Grantham fears Mrs. Worsley [?] led to believe before Settlement that above sales would have been more productive. General comment on the circumstances of Jim and Ralph.
