Copy [sent to Mr. Fitzherbert see L 30/14/137/7]: Received letter of 24th October saying that M. de Castries "proposed suspending all measures of Reprisal against the British Merchants of Grenada "for one month. He couldn't do anything else knowing the matter was under consideration in England. Mr. Fitzherbert instructed to discuss subject with Monsieur de Vergennes.
