    i) Walter Rolt of Clifton, esquire Sir Wolston Dixie of Market Bosworth, Leicestershire, baronet, son and heir of Sir Wolston Dixie deceased John Oneby of Leicester[shire], esquire John and Thomas Dixie (other sons of Sir Wolston Dixie) ii) John Trice late of Godmanchester, esquire … mansion house in Clifton called the manor house of Laceys where Rolt lives [?]; the Leyes; the park (15 acres); Clay close (10 acres) recently ploughed up; Buck meadow; Weed holmes, near the river; Lakes meadow, divided into four; all in occupation of Walter Rolt; and 2 cottages in occupation of Robert Dilley and Thomas Carter. The above property was leased by the parties in SX17 ii) on 13 June 1657 to Jasper Edwards of Lincoln's Inn, who on 15 November 1660 assigned it to John Heron of Godmanchester Witnesses: Jasper Edwards, Robert Tryce, John Heron, Thomas Langston, Jo. Onebye junior, Sylvester Eyre, Edward Hill Endorsed with memorandum that on 10 November John Heron, tenant, made his attornment to John Tryce
