Scope and Content
Upon the consideration that Thomas Newton will pay all her debts, (Schedule attached) she has sold to him all her goods and chattels (except wearing apparel), all her corn growing in the fields belonging to the farm she now occupies in Biddenham (inventory attached)
Agrees also that Thomas may enter into the property without hindrance from Frances, so long as he pays her a yearly rent of £10
