    Letter to Thomas Wing from Eagles & Son: “We return you the Draft Agreement of Reference [R6/15/7/6] as we have made a slight Alteration we have not engrossed it but if you see no objection you will please to inform us and we can engross it from the Copy. With respect to the course of proceeding we believe it is the usual practice here for the solicitors concerned to attend the arbitrators with their witnesses and state the case of their respective Clients and we think it will be found the least expensive mode. We hope to hear from you at your earliest convenience”.
