    Since making her will, her mother, the Honourable Ann Elizabeth Musgrave has died. By will of 1 May 1844 bequeathed to son Christopher Musgrave, Reverend Archer Clive and George Clive, esquire, sum of £5,000 Consols, to hold on trust for daughter (Maria Crawley) during joint lives of herself and husband. If she survive husband then money to be transferred to her, otherwise as she should appoint by will By will of late father, Christopher Musgrave, dated 2 August 1832 and codicil of 17 July 1833, "my daughter Ann Crawley" will, if she survive her mother and attain 21 or marry, become entitled to legacy of £2,500, which has been invested in purchase of £2,986..10s..4d 3% Consols. £5,000 has been reduced to £4,950 after legacy duty has been paid. now she appoints that £2,986..10s..4d 3% Consols (part of said £4950) is to be in trust for son Richard Sambrooke Crawley. One moiety of remainder also to Richard and other moiety to daughter Ann If both die before 21 then whole £4,950 to be held in trust for son Philip Sambrooke Crawley If daughter die under 21, then legacy from Christopher Musgrave shall be in trust for Richard, or if he dies, for Philip
