- presenting that there had been a bridleway for over forty years over two closes called Honger Hill out of a lane at the upper end of a field called Portnall to Honger Hill closes in Marston Moretaine, the way being lately stopped and the gates locked up;
- presenting a lane at the outside of the first named closes next Marston Frith and Bushy Lawn where they cartway was hardly passable by reason of overhanging branches;
- presenting John Whitlock for not keeping open his bridge at his gate in the common street;
- presenting Thomas Sugar for ploughing up the footway from Doles Plank to Kents Grove House and for not keeping a safe plank and rail over the ditch at Dole Plank “being a market way”;
- presenting death of Thomas Sprigg seized of six acres, that his wife wished to be admitted to her widow’s estate and that heriot should be 7/6;
- presenting alienation by Wingate Dell to John Millard for which relief of 2/3 was due;
- presenting death of Thomas Chad having surrendered his cottage and pightle to his wife Jane and that heriot of 2/5 was due;
- presenting death of Mrs Dymoke of Dunstable and that heriot was due;
- presenting Ann Osborn, widow, had given up her right for life top her grandson George Hall and that he and his wife desired admission
